PRESENTATION OF “TKUMA” INSTITUTE PUBLICATIONS  IN COOPERATION WITH THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF UKRAINE

On December 18, regional selection stage of the All-Ukrainian Contest “Teacher of the Year – 2020” at the nomination “History” has finished. Five teachers got the highest scores after the Contest examinations, among them were “Methodological impromptu”, “Practical work”, “Testing”:

1) Rodionov Dmytro Mykolaiovych (Kryvyi Rih),

2) Dovhanenko Roman Oleksandrovych (Dnipro),

3) Zborets Svitlana Viktorivna (Kamianske),

4) Shymanchyk Yana Mykolaivna (Sofiivka district),

5) Nosov Volodymyr Yuriiovych (Vil'nohirs'k).

Congratulations to the teachers! Exactly these teachers in February 2020 will participate in the final stage of the regional Contest. It’s winner will participate in the national Contest final stage which will be held on April 02–10, 2020 in Dnipro.

“We would like to thank very much to Liudmyla Bazylevska, the head of the organizing committee and to all colleagues –jury members; hospitable collectives of Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education and Secondary school № 6 for the clear organization of the Contest and a great atmosphere, - noted Dr. Igor Shchupak. – Thanks for the possibilities which gave us “Tkuma” Institute and Yad Vashem joint project “Holocaust studies in Ukraine for the formation the atmosphere of tolerance” in the Contest organization. By the way, Svitlana Zborets, one of the winners two times got the questions on the Holocaust.

And the most important, I would like to thank to brave teachers, who were able to overcome ordinary human laziness, that each of us has, and do a great work on preparing and participating in the Contest. Once again, my congratulations to all the participants, because all of them are the winners over themselves, all have reached a new level of professional development”.
