On October 19 2015 “Tkuma” Institute for Holocaust Studies Research Associates conducted mobile exhibitions for pupils of Dnipropetrovsk. The exhibitions were devoted to two dates important for our city – mass extermination of Dnipropetrovsk Jews on October 13-14, 1941, and liberation of the city on October 25, 1943. On October 19 mobile exhibitions were presented to the pupils of 9 and 11 forms of gymnasium. During the event Iryna Radchenko and Maryna Strilchuk, “Tkuma” Institute Research Associates, showing to children exhibition posters devoted to Dnipropetrovsk during the Nazi occupation and the Righteous among the Nations, talked with pupils about the World War II and the Holocaust, discussed the heroism of those who risked their own lives and the lives of their relatives while saving their Jewish neighbors
