Projects for Teachers

On March 20, educational seminars of «Tkuma» Ukrainian Institute for Holocaust Studies was held in Khmelnytskyi – in Institute of Postgraduate Education (organizer – Galina Kenz) and in the archives of the city council. History teachers and methodologists of Khmelnytskyi were among the participants of the events.

 Oleh Rudy, history teacher, longtime partner of «Tkuma» Institute provided significant support to these events. Problem of actualization of historical knowledge, increase motivation to history study by means of creating modern textbooks were at the heart of the discussion. Vlad Bazylevsky and Olena Ishchenko research staff of «Tkuma» Institute and the Holocaust Museum and Iryna Piskariova, head of educational projects presented the latest textbooks on history, told about the features of the modern multimedia technologies use during history lessons, presented educational programs of «Tkuma» Institute, which teachers and students can join.
