On November 10, webinar of “Tkuma” Institute and “Orion” Publishing House was held. The topic of the webinar was “New Ukrainian School: model curricula, pilot materials and new textbooks”.

During the webinar, the following issues were considered:

- features of model training programs;

- how to help "pilot schools";

- whether 30 historians can write one book together;

- Ukrainian textbooks: between "already available" and "still needed";

- "educational and methodical sets": what, where, to whom.

The speakers of the educational webinar were:

Olena Burlaka, history teacher, Deputy Director of the Horodyshche Economic Lyceum of the Horodyshche District Council of the Cherkasy Region, Honored Educator of Ukraine (Cherkasy Region);

Oleksandr Zheliba, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of World History and International Relations at Mykola Gogol Nizhyn State University; teacher-methodologist, history teacher of Nizhyn Lyceum of Nizhyn City Council;

Dmytro Sekyrynskyi, history teacher of Zaporizhzhia multidisciplinary lyceum "Perspektyva", teacher-methodologist, specialist of the highest category (Zaporizhzhia).

The event was moderated by Igor Shchupak, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Director of “Tkuma” Institute, Museum "Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine", Member of the Board of Directors of UJE (Canada), Honored Eductor of Ukraine (Dnipro).
