November 12, “Tkuma” Institute and Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” welcomed students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and International Relations of Dnipro National University together with Associate Professor Dr. Svitlana Kayuk. With the support of the joint project of “Tkuma” Institute and Yad Vashem, session on tolerance and inter-religious and inter-ethnic understanding was held.
Together with Dr. Igor Shchupak future sociologists, political scientists, philosophers and religion scholars discussed the issues of inter-religious relations, new ways of transferring information to modern youth. Dr. Olena Ishchenko conducted guided tour through the Holocaust Museum, focusing on the spiritual world of the Jewish people and Ukrainian-Jewish relations.
