PRESENTATION OF “TKUMA” INSTITUTE PUBLICATIONS  IN COOPERATION WITH THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF UKRAINE

On April 19, Dr. Igor Shchupak took part in the VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Professional Position: Opinions, Arguments, Facts”, which was held at the Vasyl Sukhomlynsky Kirovohrad Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education with the participation of “Tkuma” Institute and other scientific and educational institutions.

As part of the conference, Dr. Shchupak presented a report on new approaches to teaching history in the context of Ukraine's modern war for independence. In particular, he focused on issues of modern methodology of historical science, revealing the essence of the “Ukrainian vision of history”, as well as analyzing common historical myths, regarding Alexander Nevsky, the Battle of Kulikovo, and the concept of the so-called “patriotic wars”.

We express our sincere gratitude to the organizers for the invitation. We are confident that participation in such events contributes to the development of professional dialogue and the introduction of modern approaches to teaching history, which is especially important in today's conditions.
