PRESENTATION OF “TKUMA” INSTITUTE PUBLICATIONS  IN COOPERATION WITH THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF UKRAINE

On December 23, another historical webinar was organized by “Tkuma” Institute and “Orion” Publishing House. The topic of the new educational event is “New history textbooks: how to work with online exercises.”

The webinar was conducted by Olena Burlaka, Honored Educator of Ukraine, winner of the All-Ukrainian competition “Teacher of the Year – 2016” (nomination “History”), history teacher, Deputy Director of Horodyshche Economic Lyceum, author of history textbooks (Cherkasy region); Natalia Vlasova, teacher of the highest category, teacher-methodologist, winner of the regional, winner of the All-Ukrainian competition “Teacher of the Year – 2016” (nomination “History”), methodologist of social disciplines of the Methodical Center at the Department of Humanitarian Policy of Dnipro City Council, co-author of history textbooks Dnipro); Dr. Igor Shchupak.

Participants shared their own experience of using multimedia tools and online exercises in history lessons, talked about the possibilities of using various mobile applications and virtual games, online services and QR-codes when studying certain historical topics, Google-forms for student assessment and others.
