Recently Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education celebrated 80-years anniversary from the institution’s foundation. “Tkuma” Ukrainian Institute for Holocaust Studies and Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” staff would like to congratulate sincerely the reputable institution with it’s anniversary! Eighty years of productive work – this is a huge achievement for every institution, which shows the love of their work and the high professionalism of management and staff.
During its existence, Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education became not only the focus of training highly qualified pedagogical specialists, but also an organizer and active participant in international and all-Ukrainian projects: conferences, seminars for teachers, competitions, contests for students, professional exhibitions, educational events.
“Tkuma” Ukrainian Institute for Holocaust Studies and Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” staff has the honor to cooperate with the Academy. Thanks to this cooperation, with the assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine system of seminars on World War II and the Holocaust history in teacher training courses was organized. Our joint work, in particular, creates opportunities for the teachers of Dnipropetrovsk region to become acquainted with the effective forms of pedagogical and museum work., the latest Ukrainian textbooks on history and the best examples of foreign pedagogical experience.
